Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates vary based on your location and order value, and you can view your exact rate during checkout.
Delivery times vary based on your location, and can take anywhere from 2-5 days. If you are in a main center, you should receive your order 2-3 days after it has been dispatched. If you are in an outlying area, you should receive your order 3-5 days after it has been dispatched.
We don't provide shipping outside of South Africa.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can view our full return policy here.
In order to request a return, you need to visit your account page here. Once you have requested a return, our team will be notified, and if your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with collection details.
Once we have received your return items for refund, we will inspect the items and process the refund via your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.
